Shipping Policy
At Game Scout, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services to our customers. Please read the following shipping information to better understand our shipping procedures, including shipping times, delays, and tracking details.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped out the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that processing times may be affected by weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances, such as high order volumes or weather-related delays.
Shipping Carrier and Rates
We ship all orders using the carrier and rate tier selected at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's progress.
Shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These rates are calculated at checkout.
Holiday & Weather-Related Delays
During holiday seasons or severe weather events, shipping times may be impacted. We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time; however, please note that weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances may result in longer-than-usual shipping times.
We encourage customers to place orders early during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) to avoid delays.

Please double-check that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
